The coir pith also facilitates faster development of the roots of the plants by providing maximum nutrition. It has a water retention capacity of almost 77% which makes it very useful for retaining the useful nutrients and water from leaching out. Moreover, the coir peat bricks make the soil friable and aerated thereby helping the roots to get more oxygen. We can also manufacture the coir peat bricks in the size of 500 gm and 250 gm in accordance with the wishes of our customers.
BUFFERED COCO PEAT
With every passing day, human beings are vouching for sustainable ways to get a life free of harmful chemicals and other toxic products. Hence, the coco peat or coco coir has gained massive popularity as a perfect growing medium in horticulture. But there are several processes included in the coco coir treatment and without proper processing of the coco coir; it will create an imbalance in the proposition of calcium and magnesium in the soil.
Among all the treatment processes, the buffering of coco coir is one of the main treatments done on the coco coir. The buffered coir offers several advantages thus have a high demand in Indian as well as the international market. Buffering is a time-consuming process and it starts with proper flushing and rinsing of the coir with clean water. This extensive washing with clean water removes the water-soluble particles. Once the process of washing with water is completed then the coir is rinsed well with a solution of calcium nitrate for a long time. This removes the residual Sodium-Potassium complex in the coir along with all the elements that bond easily with the coir cation exchange.
With every passing day, human beings are vouching for sustainable ways to get a life free of harmful chemicals and other toxic products.
The process is repeated three to four times to get fully cleaned and buffered coir that helps your plants to grow in a healthy way. There are several uses of buffered coir and it is not possible to list them all. Hence, here are some best uses of buffered coir:
• Used mainly for transplantation of tissue cultured plants from the beakers to a perfect medium prepared over a tray
• Considered as one of the best-growing mediums in the Indian as well as International horticultural market
• The buffered coir is also used for propagating the starting of seeds and plugs.
COCO PEAT - 5KG

HUSK CHIPS - 5 KG
We offer 100% Husk Chips Blocks (5kg). These are perfect mixtures and come with more sieve sizes variants. Husk Chips blocks are preferred for growing plants which require good aeration for the roots. These are also organic alternative for perlite and vermiculite. In order to make Husk Chips Blocks the coconut shells are cut into chips and sieved in sieves to separate the different sized coconut shell chips. The husk chips blocks are mainly used to prepare potting mix and used for plants that require more aeration for the roots. It is also used to spread on the ground to prevent weed growth and retain moisture. In Green houses these are used in making potting mix. This product is more natural but the durability of this is less than 6 months and has to be replenished.
Application:
• Vegetables
• Plants
• Leafy Vegetables
• Flowers
GROW BAGS

We offer Gro-Coir Coco Grow Bags in different formats, sizes, and blends for use by professional growers in greenhouses & hydroponic systems.
Advantages of Gro-Coir Coco Grow Bags:
• Media’s neutral pH of 5.5 – 7 allows it to efficiently release nutrients to plant roots and promote vigorous growth.
• High water retention and easy re-hydration properties.
• With its high air porosity, efficient drainage, and low decomposition rate, growers can use our growing medium for multiple harvest seasons over 3 to 5 years.
• This eliminates the need to replace growing media after every crop. *If the medium is free from any contamination/disease.
• Provides the plant with high physical anchoring.
• Weed pest and pathogen free.

Coconut Husk
Consider some of the many coconut husk fiber uses. Coco coir, a byproduct of the coco husk, is a growing medium that can be used instead of clay balls, peat moss or rockwool. When mixed with perlite, it's ideal for hydroponic gardening. When worm castings, perlite or compost are added to it, it can be used as a potting soil.
Coconut husks can be used in other applications as well. You can use them as alternatives to peat and sphagnum moss. This unique substrate also has been used to deter snails and in intensive greenhouse horticulture. It's used to grow mushrooms and as a soil conditioner, too. Coco fibers can be re-used up to three times with no decline in plant yield.
Coconut husks and fibers have been used as animal bedding and terrarium substrates for reptiles and arachnids. In manufacturing, companies make ropes and flooring from the discarded fibers.
Fibre Bale
Coconut coir is an ecologically friendly by product of the coconut industry. Coconut coir is a natural fiber extracted from the husk of the coconut and is strong and durable which is used in different products such as floor mats, door mats, brushes and mattresses. Bale Coir Fiber is an excellent potting medium for starting seeds and potting plants. The most important factors in high quality coco coir like how it is harvested, prepared, and processed. Coir (coconut fiber) is the fiber processed from coconut husks that have been cured in fresh water. Then, they’re removed from the water bath and dried for over a year. After the drying process, which is quite extensive, the coir is organized into bales. Thus, the bale fiber is produced through traditional milling by separating the long bristle fiber from the coconut husk after retting in husk pits. Combined longer and shorter fibers help to create a soil alternative that has exceptional water holding capacity.
Husk Chips
Coconut husk chips make it a superior alternative to bark based growing medium. It is increased the air full porosities and water holding capacity. Coconut husk chips are ideal for orchid cultivation, cut flowers, potting mixes other horticultural and agricultural purposes. Also ideal for use in animal farms to use as a medium which absorbs urine and animal residue. Coconut husk chips available as 5kg and 25 kg bales and loose bags. The growers are successfully using coconut husk chips instead of bark, finding it has significant advantages in terms of quality, consistency, and even lower production costs. Coconut Husk Chips work great in all types of potting mixes or stand alone. They will hold water and release it evenly as the mix dries out, similar to a sponge.
Found in different sizes, husks chips are cut pieces of coconut husks. They can be found from small scraps to much bigger lumps, in sieved and graded sizes, as low EC grades and High EC grades.
ADVANTAGES OF HUSK CHIPS:
• Lasts longer than bark with no degradation (5 plus years)
• Very clean, uniform and no wastage
• Wet coconut husk chips hold water and air like a sponge
• Excellent drainage, high caution exchange capacity (CEC)
• Cuts down fertilizer application up to 30%
• Prevents stress after repotting
• Neutral pH and innate buffering capacity
• Resists fungal growth
• 100% natural and renewable resource
